Abuja singer, Frankie Walter exposed in 'Misconception'

Budding singer, Frankie Walter aka Mr Damola has overtime come to be known for his soul soothing voice (da man with the golden voice) and catchy
presence within the music circle in Abuja and beyond. His music which is a personalized fusion of Soul, RnB and Afropop is evident in songs like Frienemies, Oluwa Ni, Stay With Me and many more, including his latest Mr Damola produced by Ekeyz. 

The Kies Records act, who has been doing music professionally for the past 10 years with the release of numerous singles is finally set to debut with an album titled Misconception. In this album, everything you need to know about the Imo-state born artiste will be unveiled, reaching his life, voice, love, God and more. 

 "It has taken 6 years in my 10 years of professional music career to come up with my debut album; Misconception. Misconception is set out to clear any misinformation about me and all I stand for. It's going to be telling my personal story in an environment of good music. It's a compilation of good songs that will bring a positive twist to the Nigerian music industry.   "Expect undiluted music coming from a heart that is sold out to good music, expect sounds from the present and the future, good music that will stand the test of time", he revealed to TJ concerning the 15-track album and its message.   

The album launch will hold on the 12th of November at the Blakes Resort in Garki, Abuja.  Cef, Dunnie, Prokassy, Chuke E, Blessing Tangban, The Isomers, Rubunu of Mtn Project Fame, J Igwe, Jon Ogah, Jessica Bongus, Olu Jacobs and Bash Amuneni have all been confirmed as performers at the event. Guest appearance will be by Mekoyo, Gospel-On-Da-Beats, Yankee Tech, Amb. Kingsley Amafibe, Empress Njamah and Mac Roc.     It also promises an evening of comedy as comedians like Shortcut and Chuks D General will be in attendance to offer rib-cracking jokes.
