Borno-born singer, Morell have been in the music industry for a while now, and has gone on to release various singles including Borno, Ganga da Garaya, Aure, among others. His single Aure, which has been top of his performance songs at weddings, had its video shot by renowned video director, Moe Musa. It was released late last month and has been receiving massive air plays including on MTV Base.
With his professional music career spanning over a decade, fans have been wondering when the artiste, signed to Nordan Ortty (Northern Orientation Music), would debut an album. TJ caught up with him recently, and he disclosed he would be releasing his album within the next two months. According to him, the album will bear the tittle Musa is Coming, and it will be in three volumes.
"My fans should expect the release of my album; Musa is Coming in three volumes and it will be a compilation of both my old songs and new ones, that will portray my versatility. This ałbum will also come with a tour, with the same tag name", disclosed Morell. Morell who is a Thespian graduate from the University of Maiduguri, is scheduled to perform at the upcoming Abuja event, Take Over Tours (TOT), presented by Green Label Network.
